1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inbox Pilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Inbox Pilot is an AI-powered email automation service that connects to your Gmail or Google Workspace account to help you manage your inbox. The Service can:

• Read and categorize incoming emails based on rules you define
• Draft email replies using AI, tailored to your writing style and preferences
• Send emails on your behalf when you enable auto-send for specific rules
• Apply labels and organize your inbox according to your configured priorities

3. Account and Access

To use Inbox Pilot, you must have a valid Gmail or Google Workspace account. You authorize Inbox Pilot to access your Gmail account through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. We never store your Google password.

You may revoke Inbox Pilot's access to your Gmail account at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will immediately stop all Inbox Pilot automation for that account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur through your use of the Service.

4. Gmail Data Access and Use

When you connect your Gmail account, Inbox Pilot accesses your email data to perform the automation tasks you configure. This includes reading email content, modifying labels, creating drafts, and sending emails.

Our handling of Gmail data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes our compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

You acknowledge that AI-generated email drafts and responses are created by automated systems and may not always be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent, unless you have explicitly enabled auto-send for specific rules.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Inbox Pilot, you agree to:

• Configure automation rules responsibly and review their behavior
• Review AI-drafted emails before sending, unless you have intentionally enabled auto-send
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding electronic communication, including anti-spam regulations
• Not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Inbox Pilot and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of your email data and any content you create or send using the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inbox Pilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages arising from emails sent or not sent by the Service.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and that you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any emails sent through the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time. You may terminate by revoking Gmail access through your Google Account settings and discontinuing use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, we will cease all access to your Gmail account and delete any personal data we hold, unless we are required by law to retain it.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
